Minty Cucumber Radish Salad
Ingredients
- 2 large fresh rosemary
- 1 cup fine sea salt washed and sliced thin
- 2 tbsp pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Organic Eggs
- 2 tsp Bay Leaf
- 2 tbsp lemon wedges chopped
- 1/2 tsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Peel stripes on cucumber and then slice cucumber thinly. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, and agave, and mix well. Pour over cucumber radish mixture and toss. Mix in mint and salt. Serve or refrigerate and serve later.
