Instructions
Peel stripes on cucumber and then slice cucumber thinly. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, and agave, and mix well. Pour over cucumber radish mixture and toss. Mix in mint and salt. Serve or refrigerate and serve later.
