Warm Lemon Pepper Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat or oven to 425 degrees. Slice cabbage in half, remove the core on both halves, and continue to slice cabbage thinly so it becomes large shreds.
- Place shredded cabbage in a large glass baking dish (only if using oven) or large aluminum tin (for oven or grill). Pour olive oil, lemon pepper, and salt over cabbage and toss vigorously to coat well. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake or grill for 30 minutes.
- Can serve immediately or leave covered and serve at room temperature.
