Greek-Spiced Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb White Meat Thin Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl and mix olive oil in to coat. Add in all spices, and again mix to coat.
- Heat coconut oil in a sautรฉ pan on medium heat until it liquefies and spreads throughout pan.
- Add chicken and cook on medium heat, turning after 5 minutes. Continue to turn every find minutes until chicken is cooked through completely. Serve alone or on top of a Greek Salad.
