Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Coarse Salt
- Coarse Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash sweet potatoes well and peel.
- Cut sweet potatoes into this ribbon strips or use a Spiralizer* on blade C to cut into wide circular ribbons.
- Spread on a baking sheet, and then toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, flipping them once half-way through cooking. They will start to crisp up when done.
- Serve immediately.
