Greek-Spiced Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb White Meat Thin Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken pieces in a bowl and mix olive oil in to coat. Add in all spices, and again mix to coat.
  • Heat coconut oil in a sauté pan on medium heat until it liquefies and spreads throughout pan.
  • Add chicken and cook on medium heat, turning after 5 minutes. Continue to turn every find minutes until chicken is cooked through completely. Serve alone or on top of a Greek Salad.
