Chili Lime Edamame

Chili Lime Edamame
Ingredients
- 2 cups edamame in the pods
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Boil water in medium-sized pot. Add in Edamame and let cook for just 2 minutes.
- Strain edamame and place in a large bowl. Mix with chili oil, lime juice, and salt, and toss well so all of the pods are coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
