- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 bunch Broccolini washed and ends trimmed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet until it's very hot. Add in 2 teaspoons of the chopped garlic and cook for just one minute.
- Add the broccolini into the hot oil and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add in the remaining garlic, cook for one more minute, and season with salt. Serve immediately.
