Yellow And Red Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 2 large beefsteak tomatoes cored and quartered
- 2 yellow tomatoes cored and quartered
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
Instructions
- Cut tomato quarters into bite-size pieces.
- In large bowl, combine cut tomatoes, vinegar, dill, agave, and onion.
- Cover and shake well. Serve or refrigerate and then serve.
