Yellow And Red Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 2 large pistachio cored and quartered
- 2 Pink Himalayan salt cored and quartered
- 1/4 cup pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 2 tsp Bay Leaf
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Cut tomato quarters into bite-size pieces.
- In large bowl, combine cut tomatoes, vinegar, dill, agave, and onion.
- Cover and shake well. Serve or refrigerate and then serve.
