- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined, and thawed if frozen
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet and add in the garlic. Cook for one minute.
- Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Then add in the white wine, and let the alcohol smoke off for 1 minute while it cooks on a medium heat.
- Add in the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are bright pink on all sides.
- Add in the cilantro, remove from the heat, and mix well so the cilantro wilts from the hot shrimp. Serve immediately.
