
Garlicky Bok Choy

Garlicky Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 6 cups Bok Choy washed and chopped, about 1 bunch
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet, and add 3/4 of the garlic. Let is cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the bok choy and cook on medium heat, mixing regularly, until the bok choy starts to wilt and the white parts start to soften, about 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining garlic, salt and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately
