- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined, and thawed if frozen
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Heat the coconut oil in a skillet and add in the garlic. Cook for one minute.
Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Then add in the white wine, and let the alcohol smoke off for 1 minute while it cooks on a medium heat.
Add in the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are bright pink on all sides.
Add in the cilantro, remove from the heat, and mix well so the cilantro wilts from the hot shrimp. Serve immediately.
