  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Cut the ends of the sweet potatoes, leaving the skin on. Slice sweet potatoes into ¼ inch slices lengthwise.Place sweet potatoes on grill and cook for 20 minutes per side until inside of slices are tender. Serve immediately
  2. Mix olive oil, cinnamon, and lime juice, Brush sweet potato slices with olive oil mixture on both sides and then sprinkle with kosher salt.
  3. Place on grill, and grill for approximately 30 minutes, turning often.
  4. Remove sweet potatoes from grill, cover tightly with foil for 10 minutes, and serve.
