Mock Mashed Potatoes

Mock Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp tahini
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower until very soft. Once steamed, place in large bowl with other ingredients. Using hand held mixer, puree until consistency similar to that of mashed potatoes. Serve immediately.
