Spicy Salsa

Spicy Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 Plum Tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper chopped and seeded
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and then cook at a gentle boil for one hour.
- Let cool and enjoy with chips or veggies. Can refrigerate for up to 3 days.
