Smoked Salmon Crackers

Smoked Salmon Crackers
Ingredients
- 8 Rice Crackers
- 2 tbsp Soft Goat Cheese
- 3 oz Nova salmon cut in small pieces
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
Instructions
- Spread the goat cheese on each cracker. Place a small piece of nova on each one.
- Next place 2-4 capers on top of each cracker on top of the goat cheese and salmon. Sprinkle with egg crumbles and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours (Refrigerating for any longer may cause the crackers to soften.)
