Skillet Broiled Lemon Cod
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 2 slices fresh lemon
- 2 6 oz Cod Filets
- 1 tsp Capers
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Chives chopped
Instructions
- In an oven proof skillet, pour in the avocado oil, white wine, and squeeze the juice from the 2 lemon slices. Mix the liquid around, and place the cod fillets in it. Top with capers and chives, and the lemon slices, and broil for approximately 6-8 minutes, just until the cod starts to flake with a fork. Do not over cook. Serve immediately.
