Gluten-Free Apple Pear Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
Filling
- 4 cups apples sliced, peeled, and cut (about 4 small apples)
- 2 cups pears sliced, peeled, and cut (about 2 medium)
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or defrosted from frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
Topping
- 2 cups GF oats
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
