Finger Licking Good Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 Center Cut Pork Chops Bone-in
- 2 tbsp Joe's Stuff * *see below
Instructions
- Preheat barbecue to medium high. Using your hands, rub the spice mixture into both sides of each pork chop. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, up to 24 hours.
- Place pork chops on the grill and cook for approximately 7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and cover tightly with aluminum foil for 5-10 minutes.
- Pork should measure 145-160 degrees with a meat thermometer. Serve and enjoy.
- *Joe's Stuff available here: (amazon link) It's a staple in my kitchen and available in my amazon store. You can also make your own dry rub by mixing paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of cayenne.
