Cinnamon, Nut, and Cranberry Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup apple or cranberry juice
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp all spice
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, and almonds. In a small sauce pan, combine juice and spices and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, pour over mixed dry ingredients and toss very well, coating all the oats. Spread the oat and nut mixture out flat onto the cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes on top rack of oven.
- After 30 minutes, turn/toss the oat mixture on the cookie sheet, sprinkle craisins all over, and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until granola starts to lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
