Brussel Kale Salad

Brussel Kale Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 3 cups kale leaves chopped finely
- 2 cups Brussel Sprout Leaves chopped finely
- 1/4 cup Walnuts coarsely shopped
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Salad
- Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl.
Dressing
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix/shake well.
- Pour the dressing on top of the salad and toss. Serve immediately or can be refrigerated without the dressing, and dressed right before serving.
