Jessica Vanderhoof
Jessica Vanderhoof is a Nationally Certified and Licensed School Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents with learning disorders, ADHD and mental health challenges. She is also an Executive Functioning Coach who specializes in helping adolescent and adult clients achieve less stressful, happier, more organized lives.
Ryan Nash
Ryan’s coaching is inspired by contemplative practice, parts work, and holistic support to help clients move beyond limiting patterns and reconnect with their inner clarity. He holds a B.A. in Psychology and Wisdom Traditions from Naropa University, is a professionally certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP), and is an ongoing participant in Aletheia’s Advanced Integrative Coaching program.
Lindsay Oberst
Lindsay Oberst (LNZ) is an intuitive healer, transformational life coach, and guide in holistic health, well-being, happiness, and mental fitness. She blends breath, mindfulness, embodiment, appreciative inquiry, and positive psychology into a unique approach that helps people reconnect with their truth and flourish.
Emma Psomas
Emma is a New York-based school psychologist and executive functioning coach who sees executive functioning as a skill, one that can be built, strengthened, and sustained with the right support. She completed her training in California, where she earned her Master’s and Education Specialist degree in school psychology, and has since worked with children, adolescents, parents, and educators across both coasts. Her experience includes psychoeducational assessment, school based counseling, and psychoeducation on executive functioning, mental health, and wellness.
Mackenzie Maynard
Mackenzie Maynard is a doctoral trainee in Clinical Psychology who works from a person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and humanistic–existential lens. She is passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals build meaningful connections, develop self-understanding, and create systems that work with their unique processing styles, values, and nervous systems rather than against them.
