Whole Wheat Garlic Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Wheat Baguette
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 squares Frozen Garlic Cubes defrosted
  • 2 squares Frozen Basil Cubes defrosted
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut baguette in half, lengthwise, and peel out the dough middle of the bread.
  • Drizzle the olive oil on each half, equally, spreading with a spoon down the length of the baguette.
  • Spoon the frozen garlic cubes down one half of the baguette, and the basil down the other half.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Close halves together making the baguette whole again and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
  • Place bread on to rack of grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning half way through cooking time.
  • Remove from grill, slice immediately, and serve. Goes great with grilled steak for steak sandwiches.
