Sauteed Kale

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head kale about 4 cups
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut kale coarsely and remove any tough, hard stems. Wash well and dry.
  • In a large skillet, heat coconut oil on medium high. Add in kale leaves and cook, stirring often, for about 3-5 minutes, until kale completely wilts and is bright green.
  • Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and serve.
