Sauteed Kale

Sauteed Kale
Ingredients
- 1 head kale about 4 cups
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut kale coarsely and remove any tough, hard stems. Wash well and dry.
- In a large skillet, heat coconut oil on medium high. Add in kale leaves and cook, stirring often, for about 3-5 minutes, until kale completely wilts and is bright green.
- Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and serve.
