Grilled Steelhead with Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steelhead trout filet
  • 1 avocado ripe, pitted and out of the skin
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • pinch Cayenne Pepper to desired taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Sprinkle steelhead with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Place fish on the barbecue and cook for 7-10 minutes until fish starts to flake with a fork.
  • Place fish on a plate with avocado dressing on the side, and serve immediately. Top fish with avocado dressing as desired.
