avocado
ripe, pitted and out of the skin

fresh lime juice

apple cider vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil

to desired taste
Instructions
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Sprinkle steelhead with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Place fish on the barbecue and cook for 7-10 minutes until fish starts to flake with a fork.
Place fish on a plate with avocado dressing on the side, and serve immediately. Top fish with avocado dressing as desired.
