Instructions
  1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Sprinkle steelhead with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Place fish on the barbecue and cook for 7-10 minutes until fish starts to flake with a fork.
  4. Place fish on a plate with avocado dressing on the side, and serve immediately. Top fish with avocado dressing as desired.
