1lbwhite meat chicken tendersuncooked, cut in bite size chunks
1/2cup low sodium tamari*or soy sauce if not Gluten Free
2tbsprice wine vinegar
1tbspmaple syrup
3cupsbroccoli floretsblanched*
1tspCorn Starch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
1tspsesame seeds
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat, and add ginger and garlic. Cook for just 1 minute.
Add in the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly, until the chicken is completely cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, mix together the tamari, rice wine, and maple syrup in a separate bowl.
Once the chicken is completely cooked, add in the broccoli and then pour in the tamari mixture. Mix well, and let simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Once the mixture has become hot, spoon in the corn starch and water mixture, and mix around well in the sauce. Continue to simmer for 3-5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
