Ingredients
  

  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes cored and quartered
  • 2 yellow tomatoes cored and quartered
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomato quarters into bite-size pieces.
  • In large bowl, combine cut tomatoes, vinegar, dill, agave, and onion.
