  • 1 medium Apple peeled, cored, and cut in chunks
  • 1 medium Beet washed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup kale coasrely chopped
  • 1 piece ginger about an inch long, peeled
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Apple

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend well until it has a smooth sipping consistency.
