Honey Dijon BBQ Chicken
- 1 chicken cut into eighths and cleaned
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Clove garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp low sodium tamari
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Preheat barbecue to medium high heat.
Mix together all ingredients and baste onto chicken pieces, reserving some of the mixture for later.
Place chicken on barbecue and cook about 15 minutes, continuously turning chicken and basting with any leftover marinade. Make sure to baste one last time just 2-3 minutes before removing the chicken from the grill. Chicken is done when skin is well charred.
Remove from grill, cover with foil for 10 minutes, and then serve.
