Brussel Kale Salad

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 3 cups kale leaves chopped finely
  • 2 cups Brussel Sprout Leaves chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts coarsely shopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

Salad

  • Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl.

Dressing

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix/shake well.
  • Pour the dressing on top of the salad and toss. Serve immediately or can be refrigerated without the dressing, and dressed right before serving.
