Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and cook one minute.
Then add celery, shallots, mushrooms, and greens and cook about 8 minutes, until tender.
Add the shrimp and cook a few more minutes until shrimp turn pinkish-orange.
Season with salt & pepper, then add tomato sauce, wine, olives, and oregano, and cook another few minutes until hot.
Serve over pasta or zucchini linguine
