Spicy Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Plum Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dry Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper chopped and seeded

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil and then cook at a gentle boil for one hour.
  • Let cool and enjoy with chips or veggies. Can refrigerate for up to 3 days.
