Seared Broccolini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 bunch Broccolini washed and ends trimmed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet until it's very hot. Add in 2 teaspoons of the chopped garlic and cook for just one minute.
  • Add the broccolini into the hot oil and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Add in the remaining garlic, cook for one more minute, and season with salt. Serve immediately.
