Yummiest Brussel Sprouts and Shitake Mushrooms!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 6 cups Brussel Sprouts chopped
  • 1 cup shitake mushroom caps sliced very thin
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add in Brussel sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Next add in mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes until mushrooms have softened.
  • Remove from heat, squeeze lemon and sprinkle salt. Mix well and serve immediately.
