Yummiest Brussel Sprouts and Shitake Mushrooms!

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 6 cups Brussel Sprouts chopped
- 1 cup shitake mushroom caps sliced very thin
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add in Brussel sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Next add in mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes until mushrooms have softened.
Remove from heat, squeeze lemon and sprinkle salt. Mix well and serve immediately.
