Smoked Salmon Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Rice Crackers
  • 2 tbsp Soft Goat Cheese
  • 3 oz Nova salmon cut in small pieces
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped

Instructions
 

  • Spread the goat cheese on each cracker. Place a small piece of nova on each one.
  • Next place 2-4 capers on top of each cracker on top of the goat cheese and salmon. Sprinkle with egg crumbles and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours (Refrigerating for any longer may cause the crackers to soften.)
