Raw Cashews
soaked in 1 cup water at least 4 hours

English cucumber
peeled and sliced
1/4
cup
fresh dill
or 2 tbsp dried, but fresh preferable

Fresh lemon juice

sea salt
Instructions
Place cashews and water in a blend and blend until creamy.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend again. Chill for 30 minutes, garnish with olive oil and cucumer, and serve.
