Sesame Soba Noodles With Broccoli

Extra virgin olive oil

ginger

broccoli florets
1/4

Tamari

sesame seeds
pinch
red pepper flakes

scallions

Instructions
Cook Soba noodles according to package directions.
(Soba noodles cook fast). Just before noodles are fully cooked, throw broccoli florets into water and blanch for 2 minutes.
After two minutes, strain pasta and broccoli together, saving ¼ cup of cooking water.
Immediately run cold water over pasta and broccoli to cease cooking.
Mix oils, ginger, cooking water, and tamari together in a bowl.
Pour mixture over pasta.
Mix sesame seeds and pepper flakes over pasta, and garnish with scallions.
