Preheat barbecue to medium low heat. Rub rosemary, salt, and pepper on chicken.
Place chicken on barbecue and cook for approximately 40 minutes with the cover closed, turning often.
After 40 minutes, turn heat to medium and begin basting the chicken pieces with sauces, turning and basting often. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Outer skin should be very charred by the time it’s done. Remove chicken from the grill and onto a plate. Tent with foil for 5-10 minutes and then serve.
