Mock Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Steam cauliflower until very soft. Once steamed, place in large bowl with other ingredients. Using hand held mixer, puree until consistency similar to that of mashed potatoes. Serve immediately.
