Crunchy Cinnamon Chick Peas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chick peas rinsed and drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine chick peas with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Spread on a baking sheet so chick peas are all one flat layer.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy. Can store at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Makes for a great snack and also great in salads.
