Crunchy Cinnamon Chick Peas

- 2 cans chick peas rinsed and drained
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine chick peas with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
Spread on a baking sheet so chick peas are all one flat layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy. Can store at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Makes for a great snack and also great in salads.
