Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried coconut shredded (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender except for the coconut.
  • Taking about a tablespoon at a time, mold into a ball in your hands. Keep hands wet to avoid sticking.
  • Roll the ball in the shredded coconut and place in freezer for 1 hour before serving.
  • Can store sweet treats in the freezer and just thaw about an hour before eating.
