Amazing Asian Slaw

Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup English cucumber sliced in quarters
  • ½ cup shredded broccoli buy pre-shredded
  • ¼ cup almonds slivered

For the Dressing

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp low sodium tamari
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp chili oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all veggies.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing in a separate bowl.
  • Toss with the vegetables and chill or serve immediately. (If preparing ahead, add almonds and dressing right before serving.)
