Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the onions and garlic, cooking until onion is translucent. Then add mushrooms and cook another 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are cooked.
Place the turkey meat in a large bowl. Take the oats and hand grind them by rubbing them through your hands and into the meat.
Add the cooked vegetables, egg white, Worcestershire, and catsup to the meat and mix very well. Also season with some salt and pepper.
Take the meat and place it on a baking sheet. Start to form a loaf shape using your hands. Once formed into a load, spoon the tomato sauce on top of the loaf.
Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature of meat reads 170 degrees with a meat thermometer. Serve immediately.
