Kale Salad with Creamy Garlic Cashew Dressing

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 4 cups kale chopped
  • 1 Apple juliened
  • 1/2 cup Radishes juliened

Dressing

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Tamari low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

Salad

  • Combine the kale, apple, and radishes together in a large bowl. Then toss with dressing and serve.

Dressing

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender, and blend on the highest speed until it has a smooth and creamy consistency. Can add a little more water if you want a thinner consistency.
