Chocolate “Mousse” with Fruit

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Silken Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • Your Choice of Fresh Fruit Grapes, Oranges, Pineapple, Bananas, Kiwi

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients into food processor and process.
  • May need to add a little water to get better consistency. Process until smooth.
  • Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve with fruit.
