Chili Rubbed Snapper (Can also do with Tilapia-increase baking time 2-3 minutes)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 4 oz Red Snapper Fillets skin off
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix chili powder, paprika, lime juice, agave syrup, and cilantro together in a small bowl.

  • Brush marinade mixture directly onto both sides of the fillets, and then sprinkle with salt.

  • Place coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Place snapper fillets into skillet, and cook for approximately 8 minutes, turning half way through cooking time, until fish starts to flake with a fork.
