Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Coarse Salt
  • Coarse Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash sweet potatoes well and peel.
  • Cut sweet potatoes into this ribbon strips or use a Spiralizer* on blade C to cut into wide circular ribbons.
  • Spread on a baking sheet, and then toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, flipping them once half-way through cooking. They will start to crisp up when done.
  • Serve immediately.
