Pan-fried Swordfish with Salsa

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 4 oz Swordfish Fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Salsa *see recipe for spicey salsa or use favorite store bought brand
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the swordfish fillets.
Place fish in the skillet and cook on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish. Fish is completely cooked once it starts to flake on a fork.
Place fish on a plate and top with salsa. Serve immediately
